7 Tips for Reducing Pigment Spots

4. Tomato Juice and Vitamin E Die

Natural tomato juice can do wonders for your skin. Tomato juice can reduce blemishes and pigment spots on the face. So take some tomato juice and add a teaspoon of natural vitamin E die to it. Mix well before applying on the face. For composition results, wash your face after twenty minutes. This can also help reduce pigment spots.

5. Aloe Vera juice and oatmeal

Aloe vera juice also has natural skin healing properties. Hence, it is effective in reducing scars and blemishes on the skin. Take some of the aloe vera juice and add some oatmeal. Make a mixture and apply it on your face. Wash your face after a while. You will notice a change in the texture of your skin and the pigment spots on your face will also go away.

You can reduce the pigmentation of your face by following a diet rich in minerals and vitamins. To do this, it is necessary to include leafy vegetables in any form. Leafy green vegetables are high in iron and vitamin A, which help reduce pigment spots on the skin. Carotene-containing fruits and vegetables such as carrots, mangoes and musk melon are rich in vitamin A and should be included in the diet whenever possible. Also include lots of citrus fruits in your diet plan as they contain vitamin C.
