Merub Ali shifted home after surgery, appeals to fans for prayers

Pakistani actress and model Merub Ali has been shifted home after undergoing surgery and has asked her fans to keep her in their prayers.

The actress recently shared an update about her health on social media, revealing that she had to undergo surgery due to a problem with one of her fingers. According to Merub, movement in her finger had become restricted and would repeatedly lock, making it difficult for her to carry out everyday tasks.

She said that she initially consulted a rheumatologist and a neurologist, who declared her healthy. However, after a detailed examination, an orthopedic surgeon advised her to undergo surgery.

Merub said she had expected the procedure to be minor and brief, but it turned out to be more complicated and time-consuming than she had imagined. The surgery was performed at Aga Khan University Hospital in Karachi, where she also shared a video with her fans during treatment.

The actress said she is now gradually recovering after the surgery. Her friends, fellow artists, and fans have continued to send prayers and best wishes for her speedy recovery.

Several showbiz personalities, including Maya Khan, Dur-e-Fishan Saleem, Sana Fahad and Rabya Kulsoom, prayed for Merub’s quick recovery. Social media users also advised the actress to rest and avoid excessive use of her mobile phone so that her finger does not come under further strain.

Some fans said that such medical issues can sometimes occur due to sports or repeated hand use. After Merub shared her health update, fans expressed concern and sent their good wishes for her complete recovery.
