Give your workout half an hour: There are many people who spend more than 30 min in gyms and think that they will reduce quickly but the reality is that after 30 or 40 minutes, the benefit, isn’t very great. It is important that you do workout at a higher intensity for a shorter amount of time which is to limit it half an hour.

Highly effective workout: If you are beginning with exercise, go slowly and if you are cycling or running, build your effective workouts for a month before you make it an intense one. The perfect workout will happen once you have the base of endurance.

Take proteins: This way refers to proper intake of proteins for perfect workout. Protein helps the rebuilding of body muscles, so both cardio and strength workouts need proteins for building muscles.

Increase water intake: This way emphasis on taking water regularly and as much as possible. It takes couple of hours for your body to absorb the water, so drink an hour before exercise. Make it a must habit for an effective workout.

Carbohydrates: Carbohydrates provide fuel to the body, so this way believes that for, a perfect workout you need them. Whether, you are having a mango shake or banana, be sure that you do include carbohydrates in your diet. Have a shake before and after for a perfect workout. Also take a small protein/carb meal 60-90 min after a workout.

Slow and steady lifting: Go slowly for an effective workout and then release more quickly. Lift steadily in both directions and you increase the move.

Heavy weight: When you are starting out it is best to begin with lower weight so you can focus on good form. But once you have gotten your form down, it is best to lift the heaviest weights you can lift while still keeping good form.

Few workouts can help: There are many ways which can help you get complete exercises in a span of few minutes. Compound exercises can help you get a full body perfect workout. Some great compound exercises include squats, deadlifts, good mornings, lunges, pushups, bench pushups.
Balance lifting: It is better to do effective workouts which include like standing up or on a Swiss exercise ball. These types of workouts help you give strong body and allow you to lift more over time.

Do cardio exercise which you like: This way suggest that you do running, walking, swimming, biking, hiking, rowing etc and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

Blend your workout routine: For an effective workout it is necessary that your body get adjusted to the stress level. Change your perfect workout schedule after every few weeks, so that you won’t get bored.

Maintain good shape: For strength training and effective workout it is necessary that you do swimming also. Find a coach who can teach you.

Good form. For strength training especially, and swimming, form is very important, but it’s also important for other types of exercise. If you’re strength training, start with lighter weights so you can work on your form.
