A healthy body and healthy mind is an ultimate desire of anybody. This proverb of Urdu no doubt then seems true that “JAAN HAI TOU JAHAAN HAI”. A healthy person is the one who enjoys the life in its true sense but now days a health Infact complete and proper health become rare.

Nobody is completely fit and healthy and don’t pay much attention to health care, some have physical problems while some have mental issues. The reasons behind this unfit and unhealthy body and mind are our life style diet plans and eating habits. Now, the fast growing junk food culture destroys our healthy eating habits. Our simple food now turn into unhealthy food which results in so many dangerous diseases like high blood pressure, heart attack, angina, obesity etc. All we need is to change our life style and eating habits to bring complete health to ourselves. Also we have to look seriously on our health care routine which majority of us ignore. Here are some essential and simple health care tips, which are very important for a healthy life style and complete health.

  • Use very low amount of salt in your food as it is the main cause of high blood pressure which is very dangerous towards our health care.
  • Use minimum amount of baking soda or other sodium related ingredients they are also harmful for our health.
  • Avoid hotling and junk food. If necessary, than prefer low fats, non-oily food. You can take steam food as it reduces the fats and good for our health.
  • Avoid using ketchup, mustards, soya sauce, barbeque sauce, chili sauce etc as they will bring acidity in our stomach and may cause ulcer.
  • Use tin pack food as minimum as you can. Always use fresh vegetables fruits and meat.
  • Extra food items like salty crackers, nuts, biscuits etc are also not good for our health. They are considered as extra food item and bring fats in our body.
  • Never ever use Ghee in your cooking. Try to avoid oil also but you can use minimum where necessary. Experience the boiled food/steam food.
  • Use parsleys, herbs, onions, garlic, ginger and lemon in your daily diet. They not only add taste to your food but also essential for good health.
  • Energy drinks and other carbonated drinks are very dangerous for our health. Try to make fresh juices and fruits at your home. They are very beneficial for your health as they have natural ingredients of real fruits in them.

Apply these very simple health care tips in your life to avoid unhealthy life style which will result in a healthy and happy personal and social life.
