Pioneers in the best textile technology since 1959, Sitara proudly announced Shamaeel’s 2011 luxury lawn collection and corresponding exhibiton dates from the 11th – 13th March 2011 in Karachi and Lahore, at a press conference in Karachi. Available in an extensive range of 16 designs with diverse colour palettes, the Shamaeel – Sitara limited edition luxury lawn prints are based on organic vegetable dye recreations alongside a variety of dazzling bright colours and pastels with Sitara’s trademark quality finish.
Hosted by music artist Sadaf Muneer, the press conference was addressed by Mian Haseeb Ahmad, board of directors for Sitara Chemical Industries Limited who spoke about the technological advancements which Sitara has introduced in Pakistan in the production of premium quality fabric over the years and Shamaeel herself, who spoke about her collaborative venture with Sitara Textile and introducing her latest luxury lawn collection for 2011. In attendance to support this exciting venture were CEO Sitara Textile Ltd, Mian Anees Ahmad, model Aamna Ilyas, photographer Akif Ilyas and Zahir Rahimtoola of Labels along with members of the esteemed media.
