The House of Ensemble introduced Sana Safinaz’s spring/summer 2010 prêt a porter collection at their brand new boutique in Karachi. Indeed, over the past two years, Ensemble have maintained their status as exclusive retailers of Sana Safinaz prêt wear in Pakistan and all collections that have been previewed in the past have indeed been sold out within hours! The third time it was no different with the collection being a complete sell out in one hour at the flagship store in Karachi, as customers were standing outside the entrance an hour before the opening.
Also seen at the preview were designers Maheen Khan, Umar Sayeed, Sadaf Malaterre and Sadaf Jalil, CEO L’Oréal Pakistan Musharaf Hai, Brands and External Communcations Manager Unilever Pakistan Limited Fareshteh Alsam, Ruby Haider of IAL Saatchi & Saatchi, CEO of Dawood Capital Management Tara Uzra Dawood, co-owner of Koel Sara Bilgrami Farooqui, theatre personality Nida Butt and socialites Ronak Lakhani, Shamsha Hashwani, Saaeda Leghari, Mehnaz Adamjee and Paro Raza.
Sana Safinaz’s Spring Summer 2010 ready to wear collection, also their export line, combines tradition with their more contemporary ethos; indeed the brand’s signature summer style celebrates colour and a combination of different textures including pure silks, chiffons, georgettes, crepe, organza and tulle along with the select use of embroidery.
Fashion designers Sana Safinaz have long been synonymous with grace and elegance manifested in their design aesthetic. Their two decade strong house of fashion includes a diversity of lines, from intricately embellished bridals to designer lawn prints for the summer.
