After a successful launch in the US, Popinjay officially launched this month in Lahore. The bags are available online and will soon be stocked at leading Lahore multi-brand stores.
A group of Popinjay’s female artisans from Hafizabad have talked about their handiwork. Popinjay bags are handmade with signature embroidery done in silk threads, and set in the finest leather. Through the sale of its products, Popinjay bags catering to meet global high-fashion standards and adds timeless style to the fashion-forward woman’s closet.
Popinjay handbags have been carried at the Emmy Awards, and featured on CNN, Vogue, Al-Jazeera, Huffington Post, NBC News and many other media outlets. Popinjay’s bags are also carried by large US retailers like Anthropologie.
The event was managed by Bilal Mukhtar Events & PR. Wednesday June 4, 2014 from 4:30pm onwards. The Venue was Mocca Coffee, Mall 94, Gulberg Lahore. It was a great opportunity for the attendees to visit Summer Soiree at Mocca and get a chance to see Popinjay’s premium bags that are luxuriously hand-crafted by female Pakistani artisans.
