Milan Luthria directed Bollywood latest film, The Dirty Picture starring Vidya Balan, Tusshar Kapoor , Naseeruddin Shah,and Emraan Hashmi in lead roles gets banned in Pakistan.
Indian film The Dirty Picture that hit the Indian cinemas on December 2, 2011 is yet approved by Indian critics but censor board of Pakistan banned the movie to be showcased in Pakistani cinemas. The reason may be the month of Muharram-ul-Haram but many other films like Desi Boyz and Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Part 1 are released.
The rumors are many but the notable thing is that due to banning Vidya Balan starrer The Dirty Picture in Pakistani cinemas, illegal DVD importers may get benefit whereas legal DVD market may suffer.
