Pakistani Film Writer Jaffar Arsh Has Passed Away

Where many of Pakistan’s legendary artists have left for heaven this year the other heartfelt death news comes of famous film writer Jaffar Arsh died of a cardiac arrest on Tuesday.

Script writer Jaffar Arsh was son of late film writer Arsh Lakhnavi and earned fame due to more than 70 film scripts both for Urdu and Punjabi movies. He did most of his life time work with director Sangeeta including the script for film ‘Qayamat – A Love Triangle in Afghanistan’ with her.
Some of Jaffar Arsh Punjabi flicks include Dada Badmash, Buddah Gujjar, Nach Key Yar Manana, Foja, Athra and Lahori Badmash.
