The American pop singer postponed the second leg of her world tour last month after telling her fans she was planning for a family.
Several news outlets reported that Jackson, who is 50 on May 16, is now expecting a child with her husband Wissam Al Mana.
Jackson announced she was halting her Unbreakable tour by posting a video on Twitter in April.
"We’re in the second leg of the tour and there actually has been a sudden change," she said. "I thought it was important that you be the first to know my husband and I are planning our family, so I’m going to have to delay the tour.
"Please, if you could try and understand that it’s important that I do this now. I have to rest up, doctor’s orders. But I have not forgotten about you. I will continue the tour as soon as I possibly can."
America’s Entertainment Tonight said a source had confirmed the news of Jackson’s pregnancy. A spokeswoman for Jackson refused to comment.
