Sharmila Farooqi, the daughter of Usman Farooqi, former Chairman of Pakistan Steel Mill wed her beau these past two weeks in Pakistan. Famous, or infamous – depending on your stance, she is a politician from Karachi, Sindh and known for controversy in her family and strong political stance.

Lavish, ornate, and controversial. And before you get the haterade on about where the money came from to fund the wedding, let’s at least admire her outfits and those grand marigold garland decors.

On the mehndi, which was full of dancing and fun, she wore a green Bunto Kazmi outfit.
Sharmila wore a deep, blood red Bunto Kazmi bridal outfit for the Barat.
And this rustic gold sharara I believe was worn on the valima. Though someone tell me if I’m wrong!
