The Pakistan Fashion Design Council (PFDC) proudly announces their fourth consecutive season of PFDC L’Oréal Paris Bridal Week 2014 (#PLBW2014) scheduled to take place in Lahore from 30th September to 2nd October 2014 in collaboration with L’Oréal Paris, the world’s leading beauty brand.
This announcement follows the critical success of PFDC L’Oréal Paris Bridal Weeks held in December 2011, October 2012 and October 2013. Indeed the platform has showcased over forty bridal fashion and jewellery designers to date with shows styled by a diversity of make-up artists and stylists highlighting bridal fashion wear, make-up and jewellery trends for the respective season.
PFDC L’Oréal Paris Bridal Week 2014 will feature sixteen bridal showcases, including a Debut Show facilitated by Official PFDC Banking Partners Bank Alfalah, whose continued support to fashion has positively contributed to the development of Pakistan’s emerging design talent. PFDC L’Oréal Paris Bridal Week 2014 endeavours to define and present both contemporary and traditional Pakistani bridal fashion, jewellery and make-up trends, fusing to create the ‘Look’ for the bridal season 2014 – 2015.
PFDC L’Oréal Paris Bridal Week 2014 will be styled by the teams of three leading make-up artists and stylists; Maram & Aabroo for womenswear and Khawar Riaz for menswear on Day-1 and Nabila/NGENTS for both womenswear and menswear on Day-2 and Day-3.
