  •  Weight of diamonds
  •  Clarity of diamonds
  •  Color of diamonds
  •  Cut or shape of diamond

COLOR OF DIAMONDS

Pink Diamonds

The pink diamond is the world’s most rare and valuable diamond. The Argyle mine is the world’s foremost source of unrivaled intense pink diamonds, producing 95% of the world’s supply. However, an extremely small proportion of Argyle Diamonds production is Pink color, in fact less than one tenth of 1% is classified Pink.

Champagne Diamonds

Champagne diamonds are naturally colored diamonds that are produced in a wide range of colors from light straw to rich cognac. The 4C’s of color, cut, clarity and carat weight apply to coloured diamonds just as they do to colorless diamonds except the intensity of colour, not lack of it, plays a greater part in the valuation.

Blue Diamonds

Fancy blue diamonds are available in a wide range of shades, from the blue of the sky to a more “steely” color than sapphire. Limited quantities of fancy blue diamonds are recovered from the Argyle mine.

Yellow Diamonds

Fancy yellow diamonds come in a broad range of shades ranging from light yellow to a rich canary color.

A limited quantity of fancy yellow diamonds is recovered from the angyle mine.

Diamond Shape

The most important factors in choosing a diamond stone is deciding on the shape that perfectly matches your style and looks beautiful on you. Your style may guide you to more traditional shapes such as the classic Round, Emerald or Asscher cuts or fancy shapes such as the Marquise, Heart or Pear.

Emerald shape diamonds are most expansive similarly heart shaped and oval have their own values

Diamond Carat Weight

A carat (ct.) is the unit of measurement specifically used to describe the weight of a diamond (or other gemstones). Its name comes from the carob seed – a small seed with a typically uniform weight that early gem traders used as counterweights for balancing their scales, according to the GIA. A single carat is equivalent to 0.2 grams, or 200 milligrams,

Simply more the wt of diamond, more is its cost and less the weight of diamond, less its price

So there are some factors which affect the diamond cost. Now a day the most demanding diamond is of America n we r buying these 4 u so don’t forget to visit
