Strand of Silk, an online retailer of high-end contemporary Indian designer clothing and accessories presented an exclusive fashion evening, Enchanted by Details, at Asia House in London. The collections included designer clothing and accessories from some of the best Indian fashion designers featuring exquisite craftsmanship on contemporary silhouettes.
The evening was a unique opportunity for Asia House members and selected guests to see first hand the unique collections that are available on strandofsilk.com. During the day, Asia House also hosted an exclusive Jewellery exhibition by designer Varda Goenka for her brand Diagold.
Asia House was the perfect setting for the evening given that it exists to build dynamic links with Asia by providing unique insights into culture, policy, business and education. In the institution’s endeavor of building stronger relationships between the diverse communities of Europe and Asia, the fashion evening was conceptualised by the Asia House team to add a
Ambar Paridi Sahai, Meera Mahadevia and Sannam Chopra were used to add finishing touches to the looks. For the finale, the opulent and stunning fine jewellery of Varda Goenka featuring diamonds, rubies and emeralds shone brilliantly on the ramp, all beautifully complemented by clothing from the Strand of Silk collection.
