Fatima Khan sparks new controversy with remarks on Rajab Butt and industry

Social media personality Fatima Khan has once again stirred controversy after making bold statements during her appearance on Mathira’s show 21mm on City 21. Fatima Khan, who has previously attracted headlines for remarks about YouTuber Rajab Butt, revisited the subject on air.

Earlier, she claimed in a podcast that she had “so many videos with Rajab that if she releases one daily, a month would be less for all the videos to be released.” On Mathira’s program, she clarified that the videos in question were casual recordings between friends. “I am on very good terms with Rajab, and the videos she mentioned were those that every friend has together,” she explained.

In the same podcast, Khan previously said she had traveled with Butt to Karbala and Dubai, but later corrected herself, stating they had met there separately. She added that both coincidentally stayed in the same hotel in Karbala. “I was Rajab’s fan earlier, but then became a close friend of his,” she said, describing herself as “like a sister to Rajab.”

She also claimed that Butt once gifted her an expensive watch worth Rs 4.5 million on her birthday. During the show, Khan admitted to deceiving people in the past for financial gain.

She said she fabricated stories about her father’s illness, her brother’s school fees, and even claimed that a friend’s death required her to travel to Lahore. Instead, she admitted, she used the money for shopping and makeovers.

Now, Khan says she has found financial stability. “I now earn 5 to 6 lakhs per month normally, and the figure goes up to 8 to 9 lakhs also,” she said.

Khan also alleged that she had been propositioned in the entertainment industry with promises of career advancement in exchange for one-night stands. In another claim, she said crypto entrepreneur Waqar Zaka once texted her to inquire about her work and even invited her to meet him in London.

When host Mathira asked if being in the spotlight for negative reasons frightened her, Khan dismissed the concern. “I get a kick out of all the controversy I have surrounded myself with,” she replied.

Her age has further fueled debate, as Khan insists she is only 18. The combination of her youth and her provocative statements has left many questioning both her choices and the culture of celebrity surrounding Pakistan’s digital influencers.
