Yoga and Pilates might sound like the only workout option reserved for Stars but these days the celebrities are training more and more like professional athletes. Fitness now more than ever has become part of who we are as a society. Every one yearns to have the perfect figure and physique but celebrities have to work on it even more because of the fitness goals that they have set for themselves due to the expectations of the fans. Secondly, while fit but not thin is a laudable concept – of course working out and eating sensibly to get a lean, strong body is a far better alternative to starving yourself on endless dieting cycles but this fit not thin notion has created a whole new level of body politics.
