Apples are a complete fruit unlike many other fruit and they come in so many variations that you can never be tired of them.

“An apple a day keeps the doctor away”…but how? Apples have properties that no other fruits have and its benefits have been verified overtime. You will be able to get the benefits of these properties individually with other fruits, but an apple combines all and makes it simpler. It has been shown over and over that if it’s not easy, effortless and quick, people won’t take care of their health.

1-Apple contains Vitamin C which helps greatly your immune system.

2- Apples can prevent both coronary heart disease and cardiovascular disease because apples are rich in flavonoid. Flavonoids are also recognized for their antioxidant effects.

3- A regular size apple has between 70-100 calories. Eating an apple when craving for candy or chocolate can make the desire vanish since apple itself contains sugar, but gives you only ¼ of the calories.

4- We all know that cancer comes in several forms and in different places. Apples target multiple cancers such as colon cancer, prostate cancer and breast cancer.

5-Apples contain phenols, which have a double result on cholesterol. It reduces bad cholesterol and increases good cholesterol.

7- This is something many people don’t know, and when you consider that your brain makes the person you are, it gives a whole new perspective. Apple has substances called phytonutrients, and these phytonutrients prevents neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinsonism.

8- People who eat 5 apples or more per week has lower respiratory problems, including asthma.

9-They taste delicious! And not only that, they also come in lots of flavors and colors. Their taste can differ greatly, but still give you all the apple benefits. Diversity is an important element to maintaining your health.

On average, Pakistanis munch away around 20 pounds of apples a year, which comes to around 1 apple a week. Regrettably, while an apple a week is better than nothing, it is nowhere close to being able to extract all the advantages apples have to present. Eating apples is part of balanced and healthy diet than will add to your long life, so why limit yourself to only 1 per week, right?

Grapefruit is surely a miracle fruit made by God as it has so many health benefits. Grapefruit is full of nutritional and good for many illnesses.

The ability for a single fruit to help in weight loss programs seems slightly far fetched and make-believe but the fact is that the grapefruit which is a humble fruit seems to have the properties to help in weight loss. With an elevated content of minerals and nutrients especially, vitamin C, the grapefruit is rich in fiber and carbohydrates. Grapefruit doesn’t only contain vitamin C which is usually known to be protective against cold or flu.  It is not just one nutrient that helps prevent a certain disease, but rather the mixture of several ingredients in it that does the trick.  This is the kind of nutritional control that we can find only in the way God makes our natural food.

This juicy fruit contains citric acid, natural sugars, and essential oils like limonene, pinene and citral.  Grapefruit has high amounts of vitamin C, and smaller amounts of vitamin A, B complex, E and K.  It also has large amounts of calcium; folic acid, phosphorus, and potassium.

Health Benefits of grapefruit, the miracle fruit, are:

  1. The rind of the grapefruit contains the highest amount of valuable bioflavonoid and other anti-cancer agents.
  2. Although grapefruit has a sub-acid taste, its juice actually has an alkaline reaction after digestion which has a profound effect in the treatment of acidity in the digestive system.
  3. Pectin in grapefruit has been found to be effectual in reducing the buildup of arterial deposits, and the vitamin C helps to strengthen and maintain the elasticity of arteries.
  4. The bioflavonoid found in grapefruit was discovered to even halt cancer cells from diffusion in breast cancer patients, by ridding the body of excess estrogen.
  5. A common cold is generally your body telling you that you are overworked.  A habitual drink of grapefruit during a stressful period gives your immune system the boost needed to prevent it pending on.
  6. A certain compound found in grapefruit helps lessen the excessive production of cholesterol from the liver.
  7. A diabetic can securely eat a grapefruit.  In fact, more consumption of grapefruit will help reduce the starches and sweets in the body.  If you have a tendency towards diabetes, consume more grapefruit juice to avoid it.
  8. Grapefruit juice helps to promote digestion by increasing the flow of gastric juices in the body.
  9. At the end of a long and tiring day, drink a glass of grapefruit juice with lemon juice in equal parts with a little honey, to dispel all weariness and tiredness.
  10. Besides drinking plenty of fluids, also drink grapefruit juice to trim down fever.

The right style of make-up can make your face look slimmer and more elegant whereas the visa versa is possible when you don’t have the know how of applying make-up to your face.

All the people in Pakistan are not blessed with similar facial features, physical structure or even mental makeup. People in Pakistan tend to differ from one another in more than one ways. For instance, take the case of facial outline. Some people in Pakistan tend to have a long face, while others have round shape. Then, there are people in Pakistan with pronounced cheekbones, while there are some who have almost round cheeks. There are easy ways to create a slimmer look depending on the form of your face.
Don’t worry about your double chin; you’ll be fine if you get back into the swing of things and a bit of right make-up can go a long way in Pakistan. the right make-up technique can make you look elegant and stylish.

Here are a few makeup tips on how to slim your face:

  • Focus on your eyes with a nice shadow-liner-mascara combination that draws notice to your personality.
  • When you get ready for blush, there are certain things you should know to get that slimming result you’re looking for. Decide your blush according to your skin tone– rosy and warm or peachy tones.
  • Apply your darkest color right below your cheekbone using a correct blush brush. Nothing too big likes a loose powder brush or you’ll have problem. Softly glide your brush upwards going into the hairline but not too high. To form the slimming illusion, follow with a lighter blush tone slightly over darker tone area.
  • Blend, blend and blend the powder, always. The key with this trick is to make dimension, but you do not want a very obvious separation between your natural cheek color and the blush (i.e. think racer stripes!).
  • Sweep a small amount of the lighter shade across your nose and/or forehead as desired to add an extra “glow” to your skin tone.
  • Conclude your look with a nice fresh lip gloss or lipstick to go with the colors you’ve chosen.
