Colorful foods are powerful, they can drastically change our mood. Here are a few different types of live food colors and their emotional response.

The food colors have a power of their own. They have the ability and strength to bring about a quick and even drastic change in our moods.

First of all, let’s talk about the green leafy veggies. These veggies create an uplifted feeling resulting in an energy reviving state and in addition they provide us considerable amounts of powerful live energetic enzymes that cause healing too. Items like wheat grass or kale juice, are energy filled and while even a single drop is energy boosting, the intake is free of draggy feeling and infact cause an upgradation of the lively feeling. Another example is of red veggies. The red veggies like beet juice, berries and other red fruits are loaded with energy and since they contain iron also they build the hemoglobin in the blood, helping to boost energy.

Then there are blue and purple foods too. Such foods may not be as energetic as green or red, but still possess ample energy. Foods like blue berries, black berries, acai berries, and many other fruits with this color are complete nutrients.

Orange fruits followed by fruits with yellow touch are also energy boosting. A popular item that can be highlighted is carrots and carrots are full and amazing amounts of energy and vitality plus they provide the healing touch. We can also opt for white foods which may be white but have lots of color energy. Items falling under this color are cauliflower, turnips, parsnips and not to forget onions. All these items energy full and boost the immune system and at the same time balance the state of health.

There are also brown foods that can also be eaten after cooking. They do not have enough energy as compared to green and blue foods and are incapable of yielding zing of energy. Infact they can cause a feeling of dragginess and are without nutrients.

Also available are the processed foods, which lose all their vital color energy and rather than provide vitality, they make us sluggish and even sick. A caution here is about keeping food in the frig. This causes depletion in energy and even color fading.

The most appropriate thing to do is to grab a plate full of fresh, colorful, vibrant food and thereafter feel great.
