Yet another fashion show with a new twist to it. PLBW – along with a lot of surprise the most exciting one happens to be the second day’s debut collection by the familiar new comers show casing the bridal collections for the first time.
PLBW is a fashion week that is dedicating a day to the new comers. The bridal collections of these designers will be showcased for the first time. Day two will be exciting as the designers are already familiar, their bridal collection is being looked forward.
Saira Rizwan – The designer has made her way to the fashion industry through her unstitched collections. The designer has efficiently promoted her self on the social media to capture the market. Social media market appreciates the aesthetics of her designs. It will be exciting to look at how she does at presenting her bridal collection for the first time.
Shiza Hassan – The young designer has slowly build her reputation in the fashion work. Her work is beautiful and her catwalk titled Aroos-e-Abrashami feels like a vintage fashion repertoire.
Mahgul – Her PFDC luxury pert collection won an applause which helped her to be recognised as a good designer. The line she presented was distinct consisting of apparels with silhouettes admired by many. Everyone is now looking forward to her “Trunks of Sabine” a collection of heavily embellished traditional clothes with 3-D embroidery techniques.
Farah and Fatima – They are bringing their collection to the PLBW from their shop in Lahore. “Shahnoor” is what they have named their collection. Fingers are crossed for the collection to be evaluated on the second day of the PLBW.
Shamsha Hashwani – She has made her way in Karachi’s market but the PLBW happening in Lahore will decide how the Lahore Fashion audience take their debut dreamy collection “A Mughal Mirage”.
The fashion show has been looked forward by many and the purpose of giving way to new comers into the fashion world. The second day dedicated to the first-timers. The importance given to them and a full day dedicated is a win-win situation for anyone who is planning to become a designer.
All eyes on their collection and all ears to hear about the post fashion show reviews of the designers. It is interesting to know that although some of the fashion designers who are regular at taking part are not taking part in this fashion show yet the new fashion blood is al enthusiastic to make their way to PLBW. Hopes are high since the social media has already created the hype for designer collections and the PLBW fashion collections showcased.
