Burger Hub, a cosy burger joint tucked away in Vogue Towers on M.M. Alam Road, recently launched with two new exciting burgers: Chico Jalapeno & Carne Jalapeno. These two burgers are based on a fiery and spicy recipe, and are guaranteed to get your taste buds stinging.
It was the demand for jalapeno toppings for burgers which prompted LUMS business student and owner of Burger Hub Kashif Ali Arif to introduce these two new burgers. “Jalapenos originally hail from Mexico, and we have tried to keep the recipes of both these burgers slightly Spanish or Mexican in their feel,” said Arif.
The Chico Jalepano burger has a chicken patty, while the Carne Jalepano has a beef patty. Burger Hub is known for its generously sized meat patties and soft, fresh buns that have made the meals served at this joint popular amongst college students and young office workers. “The feedback to these two new burgers has been phenomenal,” said Arif, referring to the numerous comments customers were posting on the facebook page and the reviews left at the restaurant itself. “Spice is definitely the flavor of the day.”
To promote these two meals, Burger Hub is also running a contest on their facebook page where customers can post pictures of these two meals and win a free meal in return. An initial promotion of Rs. 379 only is also being run on these two burgers in the form of the Super Saver Deal.
Customer feedback on these two burgers is overall positive, with most customers praising the taste. One regular visitor at Burger Hub, Rana Salman Talat, posted this comment on facebook: “chico jalapeno is the best burger on my list now.. loved it.” Burger Hub is the brainchild of Kashif Ali Arif who was inspired to develop a restaurant where affordable and tasty burgers would be served.
