Don’t know about you. But most of the people that I know are busting their butt in the gym and still not loosing the weight! And the reason is pretty simple. Gym cannot work alone. You have to fix your diet habits. Say no to preserved foods and opt for more fruits and vegetables.
Now I am not asking you to immediately start having 10 servings of fruits and vegetables tomorrow or your stomach wouldn’t appreciate it. But you have to START by making little changes every day, week, month & year and it can get better. So today, start with one new item to help control your appetite, regulate your blood sugar, and lose body fat.
Always remember, proper diet is to body what premium fuel is to engine. So, if you want to lose fat and live healthier, you need to feed it properly. Start by eating several small meals enriched with protein and fiber every day. Combine that with the short workouts and you’ll feel like a million bucks.
