Saeeda was recognized in Pakistan amongst women leaders as icon of the decade for her contribution to the field of hair dressing and styling. With that philosophy, she wants to give great cuts, fabulous colour, simple styling, to fit into every individual lifestyle.

As the face of TONI&GUY and essensuals hairdressing Karachi, Saeeda started her career in hairdressing and beauty therapy at the prestigious London College of Fashion when she was 18 years old, in the United Kingdom. In December 2003, she brought Pakistan the largest British hairdressing company globally, TONI&GUY's sister company, essensuals.

Essensuals Hairdressing Pakistan  the first franchise salon services in the South East Asian region. She is very proud of this breakthrough. In February 2005, nationwide distribution started for the TONI&GUY product range throughout Pakistan. In April 2007, the salon partnered with Racoon International, the no. 1 hair extensions company worldwide. In 2008, the Model. Me range of hair care products was brought out by TONI&GUY and essenuals.

In August 2008, Saeeda opened a state of the art TONI&GUY salon, the biggest in the world for the company and is here offering full salon services, a one-stop-shop, concept cafe and art-corner to compliment the need of everyone's life.

In November 2009 distribution of the TONI&GUY electrical line of products was started all over the country and in January 2010 Hair extensions distribution with Racoon International UK No 1 HAIR Extension Company started.

For the first time, Saeeda introduced Salon concept in the Forum Mall (Karachi) in December 2010. Essensuals Salon aimed to matched the needs of target market that belongs from all walks of life. In 2011 distribution for Award winning and creative highly successful Leighton Denny Expert Nails & Foot care Range and the Revolutionary Nanokeratin Hair Smoothing Repairing and Straightening System was introduced to Pakistan by Saeeda Mandviwalla.
