Exhibiting at various major fashion platforms nationally and internationally Sara Rohale Asghar harbors a matchless identity in Pakistan’s fashion world.
Fashion designer Sara Rohale Asghar graduated from Pakistan Institute of Fashion Design in 2006 and began her fashion designing career under the umbrella of fashion label Meeras by Nilofer Shahid. There she designed a patent fashion collection that was taken to Paris in January 2007.
Same year, Sara Rohale Asghar introduced her own brand after which she entered at several popular multi label fashion stores. Currently, Sara Rohale Asghar stocks her luxury prêt wear at L’atelier in Islamabad and in London and also at the PFDC.
S.R.A. is known for experimenting traditional cuts and creating intricate froufrou in her designs but whatever she innovates remains closely associated with Pakistani culture. She excels in bridal dresses that have also earned her a name as seasoned bridal designer.
“The philosophy at S.R.A. is to create clothes which are unique, have individuality and have market viability. The objective is to amplify and enhance one’s personality while maintaining traditional grandeur”.
Recently, Sara Rohale Asghar presented her latest bridal collection at PFDC L’Oréal Paris Bridal Week Lahore comprised of rich rural and urban culture wedding designs and patterns. Entitled as ‘Tehzeeb-e-Baymisaal’, Sara Rohale Asghar collection at PFDC L’Oréal Paris Bridal Week Lahore-Day 3 was based on fabrics such as jamawars, silks, keem khabs, zarris and chiffons.
