The final designer showcase of Act 1 was by Body Focus Museum who presented their Spring/Summer 2014 collection titled ‘Sartorial Philology and Deconstruction’.

Day 2 of PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week 2014 kicked off on 11th April at Expo Center, Johar Town, and Lahore. In keeping with the objectives of promoting fashion retail and synergizing high end design, textile manufacturers and buyers, fashion week includes ramp shows by leading retail brands, high-street fashion labels as well as textile houses.On Day 2 the final designer showcase of Act 1 was by Body Focus Museum who presented their Spring/Summer 2014 collection titled ‘Sartorial Philology and Deconstruction‘.

For this collection, designer Iman Ahmed sought inspiration from the phrase “seeking perfection in imperfection” and had incorporated multicultural-influences while keeping the overall mood quintessentially contemporary. With a decayed colour palette, Body Focus Museum had used their signature pure natural silks and cottons for this collection, intricately hand printed, finely-cut and layered to render it casually chic.

Day 2 of PSFW marked the return of Magnum with their Magnum Pleasure Spot where you can ask for a custom made ice cream. The title sponsors Sunsilk also extended their patronage as Red Carpet sponsors and hosted an exclusive Sunsilk Guess the BottleLounge at PSFW. Official beverage partners Diet Pepsi hosted a media lounge whereas the logistic partner is Fed Ex, GSP Pakistan Gerry’s International, Abbas Carpets and special handling and travel partner PIA also partnered with the PFDC for the first time at PSFW. The makeup and styling done by the creative teams at Nabila’s and NGENTS.

The event is being produced and choreographed by HSY Events, with front stage management by Maheen Kardar Ali, backstage management by Product 021, Sara Shahid of Sublime by Sara as the official spokesperson for the PFDC, logistics and operations by Eleventh Retail and photography by Faisal Farooqui and the team at Dragonfly. Hum TV/Style360 is the official media partners, CityFM89 as the official radio partners and all public relations by Lotus Client Management & PR.
