2008 did one thing to women’s hair cuts: it made them “shorter”. There was the bob hair trend, the pixie-crop hair trend, and a plethora of others in between.
And now 2009 is coming with interesting hair trends: short hair styles of 2008 are a no-no in 2009. So all you fashion forward girls have only one choice: grow your hairs and join the crowd or, to stand out, cut your hair shorter.
Illamasqu a British cosmetics company, is apparently shapping up to be the next big thing to come along since MAC.
Illamasqua claims to be ultra sexy, ultra glossy and ultra glamorous. Their colours are impressively extensive and the packaging look lovely, I’m wondering what the quality of the product is going to be like seeing as it hasn’t come from a big cosmetics house!
I’m anxiously waiting for it to hit the Pakistani Stores. What about you?

Purple is in huge demand and is no doubt having a fashion moment. All shades of purple including rich hues of grape, plum, aubergine, eggplant, brighter violets, amethysts and pinkish mauves are IN.
O my… so many shades to choose from! For me bold shades of purple are more adorable. Bu some of you may prefer the lighter shades of purple.
If you have fair skin tone, you should go for deep plums and purples and other offbeat shades like burgundy, wine and plum.
However for porcelain skin, the shades of violet and blueish purples look good.
Any comments on my advice…?
