Ingredients
1 kg Fillet Fish
Marinate the Fish in following ingredients
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2-3 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic (lehsan) paste
- ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- ¼ Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
Batter for Frying
- 4-5 tablespoon Basin (Channa or rice flour)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients for marinate. Coat the fish with marinated mixture and leave it for 2-3 hours in the fridge.
- Prepare batter with water as the mixing ingredient but make sure that the batter is not oo thick.
- Dip the pieces of fish in batter and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve: Serve with Fries, Naan or Mint Sauce.
