Cheese Stuffed Vegetable Cutlets

Ingredients:

  • 2 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Medium Onion Chopped
  • Half Bunch of Coriander Leaves
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 boiled and peeled potato
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tbsp Black pepper
  • 7 slices of bread
  • Milk to soak
  • Oil for frying

Recipe:

    • Mix all vegetables and spices in a bowl
    • Finely cut boil eggs and add in the mixture
    • Now take bread slices and slightly soak them in milk and take out by pressing gently
    • Place the vegetable mixture in one slice
    • Then place cheese on top and make a cutlet
    • Make all cutlets like this
    • Heat little oil in a pan and fry till golden brown
    • Enjoy with tomato ketchup
