Dr. Madiha has gone public with what she describes as a distressing property scam involving fake plot documents and subsequent threats to her safety. In a series of posts shared on Instagram, she released videos and documents that she says support her experience. According to her, the situation began after she asked for her money to be returned, which she claims led to intimidation and pressure from individuals involved.
She stated that part of the payment was reportedly recovered through police intervention, while the remaining amount is still under dispute. Dr. Madiha says she has been receiving threats since confronting the parties she believes are responsible.
To protect herself and her family, she issued a public statement asking that any harm that may come to them be investigated in connection with the threats she reports receiving. She emphasized that her intention is to raise awareness so that others do not fall victim to similar situations.
Dr. Madiha clarified that companies or platforms mentioned in her posts, including Zameen.com and DHA Head Office, are not responsible for the alleged scam. She noted that the scammers simply used these names or platforms to appear legitimate.
She also underscored that her content is shared solely for educational and public-awareness purposes, not to defame or target anyone beyond recounting her own experience.
