Pakistani television host and actor Ayesha Jahanzeb is once again in the spotlight, but this time for her strength and honesty about a painful chapter of her life. Known for her work in popular TV programs, Ayesha began her media career through Aftab Iqbal’s well-known show Khabarnak, which aired on Geo TV. Over the years, she became a familiar face to audiences and also hosted A Plus’s widely discussed, controversial show Chocolate Times.
Beyond her television career, Ayesha is also a mother of five. Her personal life has seen major struggles, including the loss of her first husband to cancer when she was still young. Despite the hardships, she continued to build her career while raising her children.
Last year, Ayesha Jahanzeb made headlines after divorcing her second husband following a domestic abuse incident. The news drew widespread attention and concern from fans, especially as reports suggested she suffered serious physical harm. Since then, many supporters have followed her journey closely, hoping to see her recover and rebuild her life.
Recently, Ayesha has also been in the public eye for a more positive reason: her daughter Zoya has entered the acting world. Fans have been praising Zoya’s performances, and many believe she has the talent to make a strong name for herself in the entertainment industry.

Now, a clip from Ayesha Jahanzeb’s interview with Haroon Rafique for Popcorn Digital has been making rounds on social media. In the interview, Ayesha spoke candidly about her health and the long recovery process she went through after the assault. She shared that she is finally doing much better and wanted to use her platform to reassure others who may be suffering through similar situations.
“Alhamdulillah, I am now perfectly fine. I want to share on this platform that you can live a normal life even after having your back cut; you just have to bear the pain. I had severe health issues. For whatever reasons, four to five of my discs were displaced. It took a lot of effort and struggle for me to get back on my feet.My children used to carry me to the washroom, and the helpers at my house know what I have been through during all these months.”
Her words struck an emotional chord online, with many viewers expressing admiration for her resilience. The details she revealed about her condition, including multiple displaced discs and the physical dependence she faced, highlighted just how serious her injuries were.
Ayesha’s comments also shed light on the quiet suffering that often follows domestic violence, long after headlines fade. By speaking openly, she not only shared her personal pain but also offered hope to others facing similar trauma. As she continues to recover and move forward, Ayesha Jahanzeb remains a symbol of strength for many, balancing her career, motherhood, and determination to rebuild her life after hardship.
