UAE 40th National Day celebration was an excited fashion gala held at H.H. Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Compound, Karachi.

The Consulate General of UAE, Suhail Bin Matar Al-Ketbi marked the 40th National Day of UAE with a cake cutting ceremony in Karachi that was attended by influential political figures such as Federal Minster for Commerce Makhdoom Mohammed Amin Fahim, Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Nisar Khuhro Speaker Provincial Assembly Sindh, Home Minister of Sindh Manzoor Ahmed Waseem and by many foreign diplomats. The celebration was entitled Magnificent 7 Expo 2011 with a 3-day exhibition.

The 40th National Day celebration of UAE also included live performance by Pakistan’s renowned Pop-Rock band “Strings” and fashion segments. Fashion designers Nomi Ansari and Shamaeel Ansari from Pakistan and Rabia Z from UAE showcased their collection at Magnificent 7 Expo 2011 in Karachi.

Catwalk Productions organized the Magnificent 7 Expo 2011 in Karachi whereas PR was handled by Saima Mahmood of Catalyst. Jewelry for the fashion segments was by Naznin Tariq and Ali Javeri and the Makeup by Sab’s Saba Ansari.
