Catwalk Coordinates Top 7 Pakistani Designers at the Woman’s Boutique Show 14-17 May 2009, Dubai, UAE.

Woman’s Boutique Show held at the lavish Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai showcasing 145 exhibitors of various nationalities across the globe. According to Meghna Kothari heading Red Orange Events, The inspiration behind the event was simple - we wanted to provide a platform for people who provide solely women-focused products and services to come together and exhibit their talents to develop them into business enterprises.

Being the first ever women centric show of its kind the event brought out internationally acclaimed fashion designers such as Walid Atallah and renowned beautician Shahnaz Hussain to show their strong participations.  From our very own fashion industry seven elite Pakistani designers such as Maheen Khan (House of Maheen), Maria B, Huma Adnan (Funkasia & Amir Adnan) ,Nickie & Nina,Usman Dittu, Hajra Hayat and Zara Shahjahan showcased their elegant yet sophisticated collections. Bringing these Pakistani designers to this global platform was successfully coordinated by Catwalk Productions.
 
Among the attendees from the Indian fashion industry were designers like Sabya Sachi, Rocky S, Nikki Mahajan, Falguni and Shane. The live workshop organized by Joelle was definitely among the best highlights of the night.Joelle was also awarded the best makeup artist.
