Q1. What inspired the launch of a webstore?
- Brands Just Pret was well appreciated by the modern women in Pakistan henceas a first step to be internationally recognized we developed user friendly web store which would keep us connected with our clients all around the world.
Q2: How many designers do you have on your webstore?
- Around 40 designers are stocking on our web store and more joining us on a daily basis.
Q3: Tell us about the range of products you have on your webstore?
- Our web store comprises Asian ethnicdesigner wear clothes along with shoes, bags and exclusive diamond jewellery.
Q4: The biggest shortcoming of existing web stores is that the inventory isn’t refreshed or updated regularly: how do you make sure this doesn’t happen?
- Our web store&in store inventory is integrated hence our web store is updated regularly to avoid any inconvenience to our clients locally or internationally.
Q5: Besides clothes, do you have accessory designers on your webstore: if so, which accessories do you stock on your web store?
- We are in the process of recruiting different designers on our web store hence our web store visitors would be able to see variety in not only clothes but also accessories.
Q6: Do you feel web stores are a viable business model?
- Through web store we make savings in set-up and operational costs yet we are competing with larger businesses by being able to open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our web store has an excellent business model not only our visitors would find us reasonably priced but also designers would benefit from this model.Our clients find us very approachable from any part of the world as our products can be delivered within a predictable lead time
Q7: Are you mainly targeting customers within Pakistan or abroad with your web store?
- Reaching a global audience in UAE , UK & US would definitely increase sales opportunities however we are also marketing our web store in Pakistan
Q8: Do you feel customers in Pakistan are starting to become familiar with credit card transactions online?
- Customers in Pakistan are as modern when it comes to understanding online shopping as our international clients hence it will not be a challenge for us to promote our web storedesigner wear shopping to local clients in other cities of Pakistan.
Q9: Do you only stock prêt wear on your web store or are you also putting formals and bridals online?
- It is a catalogue for existing customers & stocks everything that our store stocks starting from Pret to formal however we do not offer bridal wear at the moment.
Q10: Are there any other web stores like yours out there or is the BJP web store a truly unique product?
- BJP webstore is an online shop for clothes, bags, shoes and jewellery.We have put significant amount of investment in our web store to ensure that our web store lives up to our clients expectations. It is unique in Pakistan as we are the only multi-designer store offering excellent positioning to our inhouse products on an international platform. Today with all confidence we can say that we have an excellent client following on our webstore who regularly buy our products online.
