Rockstar Rocks in Pakistan

Ranbir Kapoor starrer much awaited Bollywood film ‘Rockstar’ has rocked in Pakistan also. A huge crowd of fans watched the first show of the film in Pakistani cinemas.
Being directed by Imtiaz Ali, Indian musical film ‘Rockstar’ had a warm welcome in Pakistan and hit the cinemas with larger crowd. Indian actor Ranbir Kapoor with debutant Nargis Fakhri (born of Pakistani father in USA) and Sufi song ‘Kun Faya Kun’ and ‘Sadda Haq’ were the major attractions of the film ‘Rockstar’ for Pakistani fans. Movie is based on musical journey of a boy Janardhan Jakhar played by Ranbir Kapoor.
‘Rockstar’ is also the last film of legendary actor Shammi Kapoor who performed in film as Ustad Jameel Khan and accompanied his grand nephew Ranbir Kapoor for the first and last time as he passed away just before the release of ‘Rockstar’.
