Ali Javeri launches a jewelry store

The star studded, glamour-filled launch of Ali Javeri’s jewelry store at Zamzama was a fashion event of high class that took place over the weekend.
Organized by Catwalk, the red carpet was rolled out for media and socialites that came loaded with jewels and glamour.
The small Ali Javeri store was brilliantly decorated in deep purple small sofa and décor and accented with while and silver. An interesting addition was the images of models on the ramp from previous shows, which were uploaded to a flat screen showcasing the jewelry.
The wonderfully breathtaking collection of jewelry included Polki and Kundun jewels from the more traditional collection and the diamond jewelry of the modern styles were segmented into tekaas and armbands to show the bigger and bolder old world styles and then bridal and lighter sets of traditional and modern fusion.
The notable models were Iraj and Ayyan, who wore black saris and gold themselves with the traditional gold jewelry.
The prominent guests in attendance were Ms. Sharmila Farooqi, Advisor to the Chief Minister of Sindh, Ms Nasreen Jaleel, ex-Naib Nazima, CDGK, Mr. Didier Boschung, Consul General of Switzerland, stylist Rukaiya Adamjee, socialites Mrs. Ashfaq Bardi, Hina Roger Bayat, Syeda Leghari, Shazia Hasan Sardar. Fashion designers included, Huma Adnan, Sonya Battla, and prominent businessmen, including Mr. Zafar Moti.
