2010 would reveal Shafqat's venture

After the success of Tabeer, his first solo album, fans of Shafqat Amanat Ali Khan are waiting for his next album, which would be hitting the markets in the early weeks of 2010.
The album is being released by Music Today. It is a mixture of rock music meshed with melodious compositions and with undertones of Sufi poetry. It is a collection of 10 extremely compelling tracks in assorted styles and has a common rock feel to each track.
From romantic to introspective, the lyrics in simple Hindi and Punjabi reflect the singer’s poetic dexterity in a very poignant yet effortless way. A prolific composer, Shafqat Amanat Ali Khan, has created compositions, which are a perfect blend of contemporary feel and disarming melody.
Shahrukh’s upcoming movie My Name is Khan also features four Pakistani artists for soundtracks, which includes Shafqat Amanat Ali Khan apart from Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Strings and Adnan Sami Khan.
