Slumdog Millionaire made it big at Oscars 2009, after a rapid success season it earned in Golden Globe and Bafta this year. Even though, the entire team was happy and couldn’t ask for more, but yet they deserved it! Slumdog Millionaire was awarded with eight prestigious awards at the Oscars ceremony.
Slumdog’s team took away with them the awards for Best Picture, Director, Music (song category), Music (score category), Film Editing, Sound Mixing, Cinematography, and for Best Writing (adapted screenplay).
