Fayez Agariah at Fashion Pakistan Week 2010

Androgynous silhouettes in a sequence of the simplest draped to structured to the constructed style of one piece body garments, ‘No Refunds’ speaks volumes about Fayez Ahmed Agariah’s aesthetic sense. The jump suits have been fashioned using denim, viscose lycra, tweed, chiffon, crepe silk, wool mixes, fleece and leatherette.

Inspired by the various shades of life, Agariah custom designs his outfits hence each exquisite piece was unique. Fayyaz Ahmed Agariah showcased two of a kind in his collection, at the Fashion Pakistan Week 2, day 5. His designs vacillated between minimalist chic and avant-grade goth-rock. One was the natural consequence of working with exceptional Vivienne Westwood, while the other was refinement of his innate talent.

His forte lies in androgyny and period styles and he has won both popular and critical acclaim for his offbeat creations. Fayez Ahmed Agariah surprised all again, with his competence, creativity and ‘no Refunds!’
