Colorful foods are powerful, they can drastically change our mood. Here are a few different types of live food colors and their emotional response.

First of all, let’s talk about the green leafy veggies. There are also brown foods that can also be eaten after cooking. They do not have enough energy as compared to green and blue foods and are incapable of yielding zing of energy. Infact they can cause a feeling of dragginess and are without nutrients.

Also available are the processed foods, which lose all their vital color energy and rather than provide vitality, they make us sluggish and even sick. A caution here is about keeping food in the frig. This causes depletion in energy and even color fading.

The most appropriate thing to do is to grab a plate full of fresh, colorful, vibrant food and thereafter feel great.
