It’s a prestigious blessing of Allah to be PARENTS. When a child is born, a father also has born, a mother too but for her it’s a quite gradual process for her body and soul. She starts to feel the growth of a child before nine months than father.

“A mother understands what a child does not say.” But for even the best-prepared father, it happens all at once. Suddenly a nurse is coming holding up something roughly the size of a loaf of bread for him to see for the first time. Even if father should decide to abandon it forever ten minutes later, the memory will nag him to the grave. He has seen the creation of the world. It has his mark on it. He has its mark on him. Both marks are, for better or for worse, indelible. “A father is someone who carries pictures where his money used to be.”

I don’t think so parenting needs practice, it’s just about how you take it. What do you want to see in your child? have some kind of deficiency or he must be perfect. I’m not going to give lecture but I want to explain, some rules of conduct to make confident life for child. “The character and history of each child may be a new and poetic experience to the parent, if he will let it.”

What is parenting? Parenting is about providing good, warm, secure home life for your child to learn about the rules of life. Parenting proves his worth in a child’s life when he faces the bitter or better realities of life. The strength of his character make him bravo if he fight against of it.” There is always a moment in childhood when the door opens and lets the future in.”
Why parenting is important? Rules are very important for life. By using good parenting rules you can develop all the right things in your child which you don’t have in you and wish to have in your child’s age. Here, I just clear my words; it’s not about imposing anything to child.
What helps? It’s important, that a child must feel loving caring and important. For this you may use some rules of conduct like:

Be consistent: For your child you have to be consistent in your rules. For example, if you want that he must be on bed at 9 o clocks then you have to be on bed at time.

Encouragement: Always encourage your child if, he doing even a small good.
Quality of time: No need to spend a lot of time with kid but quality of time. He needs your presence rather than presents.

Mirroring: Be clear in what’s good and bad for him. Be realistic It's no good promising a wonderful reward or dreadful punishment if you are not going to see it through. It is much better to offer small rewards rather than punishments. “Human beings are the only creatures on earth that allow their children to come back home.”

Give child appropriate ways to feel important: you must assign small tasks to him, to feel important and responsible. In the end, I would like to say, “A child is Hope for tomorrow.”
