Ingredients:
• 3 cups coconut flakes
• 1/2 cup flour
• 4 egg yolks
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 tablespoon butter
• 2 tablespoons coconut/vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Take a 13x9x2 cookie tray and grease it well. Take a bowl and mix all ingredients well, until it takes form of dough. Lightly grease the palm of your hands and form small balls. It will make around 24 coconut balls. Gently, place them on the baking tray and bake for 35 minutes, until golden.
Roll them in sugar and put in pretty paper cups. Volia! your Coconut Kisses are ready to be served.
