So people we are here once again to tell you some more tips to get a smart physique. This time we have come with some sorts of home made tips.
You will be surprised to know that breathing deeply can also reduce belly. In this way your intestines get strengthens and this stretching can help to make a sliming and flexing figure as well. So, try to breathe deeply most of the time. Another important thing to reduce the belly is not to drink water after and during the meals. We have mentioned earlier that always drink water before the meals and just a little bit during meal, if necessary.
Try to drink tea without sugar, or in a very less quantity. It's good if you are adding 'cinnamon' in it, as it is very advantageous to get a slim body.
Drink 'isabghol' with some hot milk or simply with hot water, at least 4-5 days in a week. It is beneficial in reducing fats level from your body and it is useful for controlling constipation. Another important thing is to maintain your digestive system. Simply if you are in a habit to drink plenty of water then you will never have any kind of digestive problem.
Take any kind of sweet dish after having the meal but in a very small quantity. It is also good for digesting the food. In this favor prefer fruits because that's better instead of white sugar containing sweet dishes.
Avoid junk foods like potato chips, cookies, much chocolates, snacks and rice. As these type of food items are not much nutritious from health point of view and having calories those that can make you fat. A normal human body can take up to 2000 calories in one day, but 1000 calories are enough for that person who is on diet.
Prefer white meat instead of red. In chicken breast portion have the fewer amounts of fats and leg pieces have high fats.
Prefer fresh juices instead of milkshakes.
Prefer skims milk instead of fatty milk because normal milk contains natural oil in high quantity.
Try to use vegetative oil instead of animal fats.
