Using dumbbells can help you train both sides of your body one at a time and help you maintain balance and fitness. Since, each limb moves independently, this fitness and training prevent you from tipping at one side.
Directions: According to this fitness training patterns you can do it three times per week in the following sequences, resting at least a day between each session.
Time: You can do these sets for 30 minutes for fitness sake. For fitness and training perform as straight sets, completing all the prescribed sets for one exercise before moving on to the next. That is one set. Follow this fitness training pattern and sequence which include: Floor Press, Renegade Row, Goblet Squat, Single-Leg Deadlift, One-Arm Push Press, One-Arm Bentover Row, One-Arm Swing and Get Up Situp.
