Just by being aware of your weight then you can loose a pound every week very easily. You have to be aware of what you are eating and how many calorie intake is important and how much is excess.

  1. Dodge dining-out tragedy:
    Even your apparently healthy grilled swordfish and vegetables can bundle more calories and fat than a stick of butter. Many restaurants in Pakistan have meals contain up to 2 ounces of added oil [500 calories]. Pasta dishes are dishonorable: Oil is used throughout the cooking procedure and added to sauces and cooked noodles in Pakistan. Stick to steamed veggies and grilled, poached, or broiled lean protein (like poultry and fish), and ask the chef to set up your dishes without oil. Or just cook meals at home as a substitute of eating out to loose those pounds. 
  1. Be careful with that cappuccino to loose extra pounds:
    Vanilla shots, caramel, sugar packets — they're not risk-free just because they're in your cup. A large white-chocolate mocha with whipped cream from a coffee shop logs in at 630 calories (the whip alone has 100!). Get your sweet fix with two shots of sugar-free vanilla syrup in an average cappuccino with soy or fat-free milk and kick 500 clear calories to the curb.
  1. Dress down your salad to watch your pounds:
    Nearly all entrée salads at restaurants in Pakistan are pre-dressed with 6 to 10 tablespoons of dressing. And most dressings have 70 to 100 calories per tablespoon and 7 to 10 grams of fat. That's a standard of 680 calories just for the dressing (let's not even get into croutons and bacon bits). Order dressing on the side and dip into it sparingly with your fork between bites — you'll cut back to about 2 tablespoons. 
  1. Lighten up your appetite at Happy Hour:
    Do not always go for sodas, water is a good substitute for fizzy drinks which are packed with calories.
