Africa represents the birth of mankind and history of various civilizations that the fashion designer Ammar Belal translated at the ramp through the Meryl Streep from the movie ‘Out of Africa’ being a protagonist to the collection that marked the foundation clothing for both man and woman. To endow safari feel to Ammar Belal collection at PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week 2011 Lahore cotton, twills and linen were paired with suede accents and the tribal collection was showcased in various prints over chiffon, silk and georgette.

Ammar Belal started his carrer as fashion designer in 2003 with streetwear brand A.B.C.D and won Indigo Sunday Designer of the Year award for his prêt collection.
