The Amir-Faryal Saga continues: Khan confirms filing for divorce from Faryal Makhdoom.
Faryal previously announced she was pregnant with Amir’s second child last month, and now he’s confirmed how they’re no longer together and stated he wasn’t aware of the pregnancy until it was posted on social media. Posting a video on Snapchat, Amir said: ‘So me and Faryal are not together. I have filed for divorce. ‘I hear that she’s announced that she’s pregnant. She didn’t tell me I had to read it on social media. I’m always going to be there for my kids [if] we’re not married.

‘We’re not together but my kids are everything to me,’ he added. Amir then revealed how he’ll support the child if the pregnancy is ‘true’, and said how he believes they aren’t ‘healthy’ together ‘I don’t know if it’s true that she is pregnant or not, time will tell, but in the meantime I’m there for Lamaisah. She’s everything to me. If there is another kid then I am going to be there to show my support and be there for Faryal, but we both think it’s not healthy to be together,’ Amir said. ‘It’s not healthy for the kids.
I don’t want my children to see us fighting. We are not officially together.’ His confirmation arrives after Faryal recently shared the first picture of their unborn child from a scan, labelling the baby ‘my angel’. The pair initially split last month after a series of explosive tweets where the boxer accused her of cheating on him with fellow boxer Anthony Joshua.
