Apples are a complete fruit unlike many other fruit and they come in so many variations that you can never be tired of them.
“An apple a day keeps the doctor away”…but how? Apples have properties that no other fruits have and its benefits have been verified overtime. You will be able to get the benefits of these properties individually with other fruits, but an apple combines all and makes it simpler.
