Fall/Winter Skin Care

Fall/Winter is a wonderful season that brings holidays, cool breeze, warm fire and dry fruits with it. But at the same time, it also affects our skin. Here are some tips for skin care in winter.
1. The skin on hands needs extra care. Therefore, you should use a good hand cream after washing your hands. Also do not go out without wearing gloves. Go for thin cotton glove instead of wool.
2. Elbows, arms and feet are completely covered in the winter and it may cause thickness of skin. For it, do some scrubbing with a natural lofah sponge and after that apply a rich cream.
3. Sun protection is as important in winter as it was in summer. So, remember to apply sunscreen before going out.
4. Protect your lips with a good lip balm, and avoid licking your lips that can cause cracked lips.
5. Avoid putting on wet socks and gloves or it can cause itching, cracking, sores on skin.
6. Protect and moisturise your hair using a rich, deep hair conditioner.

Good to know that sunscreen is as important in winters as in summers, (other then cold creams).
