These simple nail tips reveal a lot about your person, so are you ready to flaunt those natty nails. This nail tip suggests that like every other part of your body nails can become healthy with regular intake of minerals and vitamins. Those women who want to grow healthy nails must include fruits, dark green leafy vegetables, nuts and dried fruits in their diet. Drink lots of fresh carrot juice regularly as it increases the calcium and phosphorous content in the body which in turn helps strengthen nails.
According to this nail tip, soak your hands for a few minutes in a bowl of milk as it provides nourishment to your cuticles. You could use olive oil to moisturise nails.
This nail tip suggest never expose your nails to water for long or, even hard detergents, as this can dry out your cuticles. While doing domestic chores, protect your nails by wearing gloves. In case of washing clothes or utensils immediately wash your hands and use lotion to keep it clean.
Women and youngsters especially should not bite their nails. This is not a healthy habit and shows lot of complexes and lack of confidence. Always use a non-acetone nail enamel remover. To nourish your nails, mix honey with almond oil and leave it on your nails overnight. Apply a moisturiser to your nails before you retire for the day.
