You deserve to get pampered every once in a while. So do your feet. There are various home spa methods out there for you to treat your feet. Ever Imagined that even coffee can provide your feet with the necessary ingredients to maintain their healthiness.
Yes, it is true. This following home-made recipe, strictly meant to titivate your feet, is an interesting and worth-trying formula.
To prepare it, you’ll require freshly ground coffee beans, some salt, ground vanilla beans, a little quantity of olive oil and whipped cream. Quite a dessert isn’t it? Well, you see, the caffeine present in coffee granules is very helpful lessens reddishness and inflammation. At the same time, the salt, coffee grinds, and vanilla beans plus the lactic acid in the whipped cream, all serve as natural exfoliating agents.
¼ cup salt (sea salt or natural salt would be preferable)
1 tablespoon freshly ground coffee beans
1 tablespoon vanilla beans (also grinded)
¼ cup olive oil
1 pot of coffee (room temperature)
Whipped cream
Firstly, take the salt, coffee and vanilla granules and mix them together with oil. Empty the coffee in a basin and put in the whipped cream. Now, dip your feet within the mélange in the basin and soak for nearly 10 minutes. Take a small quantity of the salt, coffee and vanilla mixture and gently massage it over your feet and calves, mainly focus on dry coarse areas. Bathe your feet with lukewarm water and dry them lightly with a towel. In the end, good hydrating moisturizer would manage the rest.
