Spa treatment is cheaper at home in Pakistan

Spa treatment is cheaper at home in Pakistan

Your body always need a bit of pampering and in Pakistan it can be expensive to go to spa every now and then so try to get your hands in the fridge and give yourself a spa treatment.

Between the economy going bust in Pakistan and the holidays looming ahead, a relaxing day at the spa has never looked so tempting. Which is following are tips on how to get that spa glow at home and for half the price in Pakistan.

  • To save some money in Pakistan, make your own rose-water toner for spa treatment, which has great astringent properties. Cover and steep until the rose water is cool. Strain, squeeze out the liquid from the petals and refrigerate the rose water in a sterilized jar for later use.
  • When it’s really cold in Pakistan and skin gets a bit chafed, go home and head straight for the kitchen and dust off the blender. Make yourself a hydrating facial mask by blending a little cold cream, yogurt, honey, aloe Vera gel and avocado. Using a foundation brush to paint it on the face, let the mask dry for about 15 to 20 minutes and rinse. Voila your very own spa treatment! Skin feels refresh and moisturized again.
  • Before jumping into the shower, put your daily body lotion bought in Pakistan on top of a radiator or heating vent so it’s warmed up when you rub it on. There is nothing better than getting out of a hot shower and rubbing on the heated, soothing lotion. Just be aware that your lotion will get more liquid when it’s warm, so it might rush out of its container faster. Spa treatment like never before!
  • Take a freshly cut lemon and rub gently on rough elbows and knees whenever you can. The acid in the lemon will soften rough spots on skin and also lighten any dark areas of your skin.
